Complaints
Please
note to contact us first
when you have a complaint. In most cases it is either a misunderstanding
or a simple mistake, (...which can happen as we are human...) we can
solve to your satisfaction. You may also find help

by clicking on the links.
Returns
Generally we do not accept returns !
Please note that broken or cracked trays or cases are not a reason for
a return as you can simply change it with a new one you get in every
cd- or record-store.
If a cd or record broke during the shipment (which has happened not
even 10 times within 10 years), please get in contact
with us. we might be able to send another copy.
Please also note that all items are fully functional when we send them.
Surprisepacks are generally excluded from return !
For any other reason or a defitive mistake on our side you also need
to get in contact with us
first !
If you have
already sent an email with your complaint please read our rules for
a return :
- We only take back new & sealed items in their original plastic
wrapping.
- We only accept items returned to us up to 4 weeks after the invoice
date.
- We only
refund the item price and not the shipping costs or any other fees.
- Per returned
item we charge 25% of the item-price (at least 2.49 Euro) processing
fee.
- The customer
chooses the shipping method and covers for the shipping costs and risk.
We do not accept unpaid parcels !
- The refund
will be initiated when we receive the goods and will either be put into
your customer account or paid otherwise - please give us instructions
and details if necessary.

If you
do decide to send something back to us, please always add your order
and ID number or even better, enclose the invoice (a copy is sufficient).
You may then send back the item without further consultation to the
below adress.
Returns
are very complex and time consuming.
That is why we hope you understand our rules.
