read these tips before you use our search + shop functions : Using this system is secure and much faster than using our order form because we automatically process all Search and shop orders every day. Ordering is easy and supports all payment and shipping methods we offer. And you can also stop shopping and return and continue anytime later - your shopping cart will still contain what you put there. But please note that prices will not be exactly the same like in our own catalog. |
| You can search for anything: Artist, title, label, comments - whatever. Only if you're looking for a certain musical style rather than a specific artist, you will go better with our easy browsing catalogue. But you can use the Search and Shop system afterwards for ordering. | |

Artist search: |
If your looking
for an artist, you don't need to type the entire name. This is always
a good idea if you are not 100% sure about the exact spelling. If you
are looking for Eric Clapton, a search on Clapton
will do. Typing Jackson would return not only Michael
Jackson, but also Janet, Jermaine
and the rest of the family, as well as all other artists than begin with
Jackson. If you want to limit the results only to Michael's items, you
will have to enter Jackson,Michael (with no space after
the komma) into the search box. A search on Stone, for
example, will get you everything we have by Stone, the
Stone Roses and lots more, but not the Rolling Stones.
Furthermore we have some so called "Letterbands". If you search
for R.E.M. you can't find them with just REM ! Same case are bands like
W.A.S.P.. There are also other examples like ABC. Here you won't have
a problem. The last problem might be with bands like : Die Ärzte
or Sven Väth. Search for : aerzte / vaeth. If you can't find you artist in the beginning maybe this little "writing-mistake" was the problem. Good Luck ! |
